Happy Hallo-oui-een!

From Tank!

Mommy put me in this ridiculous outfit this year and I am sure to get laughed at by all my friends. I don't know if I am a sailor boy or a merchant marine or a french male prostitute. Whatever, it's all pretty humiliating.

Wet Biscuit

Mommy is still sad about losing Pumpkin so I decided I needed to make her laugh. This is why I am posting this picture of me in a raincoat. The other weekend it rained really hard in Los Angeles, which is funny because it never rains here. Mommy and Daddy were all giddy about the rain because they like it but I hate it. I hate it even more when Mommy puts me in a raincoat or any coat for that matter. The only way they got me to get it on was with a massive bribery of treats. Since Daddy decided that my new nickname is going to be Biscuit, he called me Wet Biscuit the whole weekend. Not funny at all. But maybe funny now for Mommy and Grandpa who need some laughs.

Pumpkin, We'll Miss You

This is Pumpkin. He was Grandpa's cat that lived back in New Jersey. Mommy told me she gave Pumpkin his name. Her and Grandpa had a real hard time naming him, so hard that he went unnamed for the first week he lived with them. But then Mommy spied some pumpkin pudding and it looked the same color as Pumpkin.

I met him once and he was very nice to me. In fact, he was the nicest cat to everyone. He loved when people pet him and he loved to lay out in the sun. Here he is lying out on some papers on the kitchen table. He was obviously very special because Mommy would never let me or Daddy on the kitchen table.

Pumpkin was also Grandpa's best and loyal friend. He traveled with him and Grandma from New Jersey to Florida and back every year. He used to sit on Grandpa's desk and give him advice about stocks. But sadly, Pumpkin passed away on Saturday, October 6, 2007. We miss him already.
